rj, while shanghai may bounce further, I houghly doubt wave 4 (as you put it) is in. I'd prefer to see a capitualtion into the low.

XJO looks like its about to smash through that uptrend supprt line. Yeserday and perhaps today is the last hurrah for this correction. Copper also looks like it is about to smash through the uptrend support line.

And can someone pls post a chart of Italian bond yields. If that doesn't crack into new highs shortly then I'm going back to TA school (Haspete, keep that link handy).
