Tend to agree with this. Something else came out a while, maybe 12 months, ago involving some comment from some random official and this resulted in share price weakness at the time. Issue is (at least partly) that most of the shareholders aren't Poland based and don't speak Polish. Most won't even have visited the country!
Anything with a sniff of government getting involved makes people run for the hills. Nationalisation being the obvious worry, but other issues also - any one of which could make these valuable assets worth much less for PDZ shareholders. As a former shareholder of NCR (look up that Aussie debacle!) I can sympathise with the issue of 'sovereign risk' getting people's attention.
