    My  understanding is that  Correction is still in full  control. The  most  recent  rise  is  due  to  a  reversal Flag Formation that led to Breakout under  the  influence of ANNs and  Canadian Legalisation. Flagpole is 12 cents high and  Hence rise was made by the  similar size (13):
