Hahaha "all thoughts are welcome" but as you're disagreeing with my original port I'm going to demean you by getting on my high horse and saying "my diploma studies..."
Also the updates to the ODC didn't happen overnight, we discussed it yesterday and seeing as QBL somehow have one of those manufacturing licences (which they announced about a week ago/before ODC updated) it's likely that the two sets of full licences (research, cultivation & manu) went to someone else. Not necessarily a public listed company either. Think we missed the boat this time again so I wouldn't hold your breath for a halt.
