Looks to be a lot of price manipulation from bots. A lot of small trades and multiple small buy offers of the same amount of shares. Very low volume aswell. IMO it's goin much lower, wouldn't be surprised to see it drop into the 70's maybe lower.
Only thing that will turn it around is the license issue, which i personally don't see before Christmas, and I am hoping I'm wrong because I own shares.
