IDT still installing equipment & need to commission it as article states. probably caught them by surprise receiving it!

THC stated in an ann that they combined their manu application with 2 applications early last year when the Southport facility was acquired so was basically a start again process (but was to be expedited), which is around 12 months to this point in time, hence many here saying we may get the 2 licences at once, which I agree likely scenario.
