it's off topic, but Nov 2017 is by no means even close to the rest of the world - it was a joke.
The same is proving true with CBD, which was being referenced to in the article. Imagine the CBD industry we could be profiting off locally, small businesses would thrive introducing a new market.
I'm not sure Australia's high quality product and slow legislative process are at all related. All we have to do is copy other countries and do a little better if need be, all the hard work is done, it should be a rapid transition. So much fear attached to social decisions for an isolated country.
