Im guessing there'll be plenty of biomass for sale outside ourselves? ...and whilst Im new to THC, I would think a CR specifically to grow more grass is not the priority. Grass takes a season, next season most likely, which is great, but IMO there's no need to CR to lease the land right now?

I imagine were better saving cash, making oil via our death star asset, selling it, and then back paying the growers upon payment to ourselves so were not out of pocket. Then lease Eden farm for seed to pharma cultivation story when the cash is flowing..
