After reviewing existing information, it seems THC Pharma subsidiary will hold manufacturing License and cultivation license over NSW growing facility.  Canndeo not in the picture on these applications.  Brand new applications would have had to be submitted after the purchase involving checking out all the staff of THC Pharma and staff associated with the Manufacturing facility, security etc. This sheds a whole new light on this and when the applications were actually submitted. I.e much later down the track than most here think.imo
