    It is a long sad story. The original concept of THD was solid. The issue was management as usual. No one had any idea how to build this app, how to execute and launch a app company. Then you add in the Perth brokers into the mix all of whom have any idea about tech and have no idea how to run a business all they wanted were their fees with no regard for the business. All equals disaster. IMO
