The gold price in $A was up nearly $60 last night to A$3061 … which is not going to hurt sector sentiment in the weeks ahead.
has anyone given any serious consideration to valuation parameters when this company is actually spitting out cash in 2024 at the rate of $100 to $200 million per annum?
(based on potential production rate of between 100,000 to 200,000 ounces at AISC of $1750)
I wouldn’t be surprised to see it at $1 billion plus capitalisation, because the accumulated tax losses ensure the cash rapidly builds the balance sheet.
12 months of further exploration will also more than replace the resource ounces extracted
