The USA is still stock market wise, in a powerful long upward trend started during the Obama Presidency. Trump hasn’t been their long enough for his own actions to impact in a meaningful way.

That impact will come and it will be bad for the USA which will have to dump Trump and put in someone who can re-open economic ties with the other trading nations. They may however not be able to recover the ground lost to China and Russia in the coming years. Trump doesn’t seem to care as the Russians are probably bankrolling Trumps business interests and that may be why the Russian cyber trolls worked overtime to smear Trumps opponents during the election campaign.
