How about....there is simply a lack of buyers....as an alternative theory to Tibbs'.
As soon as someone wants any decent number of shares the price shoots up. That is usually the case with a stock with less than 200M shares on issue. Simple supply and demand, no conspiracy. Bannerman are a long way off actual production so investors still don't see the urgency in getting on board. That will change.
