Don't forget there was a seller of 9+ million - what did they know that the 10 million buyer did not? It's two way traffic, as always, and often has nothing to do with what people "know".

Lanadrac is the only substantial shareholder. Lanadrac sold 2 million last week, bringing their stake down to 60 mill (but still above 5% sub. holding). Combined with the 10 million severance for Bonvino though, that officially means Lanadrac is no longer a substantial shareholder. Expect an ann. in the next few days or early next week to that effect. Bonvino even gets to turn the knife in the back as he walks out the door - because of him, IMI will no longer have any substantial shareholders unless some of the Directors fill the void. Materially, it means nothing to the company in terms of its stability etc etc., but it is all about perception and it will be another negative in the short term.
