I cannot see how they are not insolvent. How could they possibly be able to pay their debts as they fall due. This idea that a recapitalisation is possible is fanciful . The cashflows just don't support an injection of cash. The UK business is worthless in my view. The australian business is going backwards. Shareholders will get zilch.
