The information regarding the lapsed patents that Portison claimed to have rights to is mentioned in Reece's Supplementary prospectus dated 13/01/16 since then they have trademarked them and patented them as mention in their various other announcements and presentations. I don't believe that they would have been granted the patents if other patents had already existed. Since Portison's original claim they seem to have complied with Reece's legal Cease and Desist letter of demand.
