we should see the first $1million In the quarterly the next 500k is due by 31st January which will be in the next one

if we didn’t receive the first $1million i believe the market would have been informed as this would be a delay or failure to comply with agreement which in my opinion would be price sensitive information.

On the flip side no need to inform the market until quarterly as it was stated that we would receive the first $1million by 30th December. So therefore market is aware of the payment and a seperate announcement isnt required
