So going back over the last announcement we can assume that SGE gave Cokal the first $1million dollars by the 30th of December given the wording in the announcement “will pay according to the following schedule”

Failure to pay by the date stated as part of the schedule would be price sensitive information in my opinion so the market would need to be made aware of it. However if the amount was paid no further announcement would be required as given the wording the market is already aware of such information.

Obviously we will see the first 1million dollars in the quarterly by the end of the month. Again the next $500k by Jan 31st, if we hear nothing about the 500k we can assume this has been met aswell
