    Different to Australia, the High Court is not the highest court in NZ. After that you have the Court of Appeal and then the Supreme Court.

    The Greenies are not commercial people. They will keep going at it, because they are driven by ideology not commercial interests.

    My gut feeling is that this has a lot to run.
