Haha I dunno, I think it's just some amateur who thinks he knows more than he really does. His investigations have been half-arsed and disingenuous, but I'm not sure it's malicious, it's probably just intellectual laziness. It seems like dissenting comments have generally been published and responded to.

I do think the posts are an absolute mess with no logical structure, and I also think it's extremely irresponsible to mix his "I'm not saying X, but what do you think?" comments with titles like "more poor governance" and other outlandish claims, follows by lots of messy edits as he finds out he's been on the wrong track all along.

So yeah it's a mess and it's got false claims, but I don't see some big conspiracy behind it. It's just amateur hour. A guy who's trying real hard to prove his initial hunch that "it's too good to be true".
