They better hope they were using a VPN, otherwise the HTTP packets sent to and from the IP can be enough to more or less identify someone thanks to our new civil liberty infringing data retention laws. Making accusations of this magnitude doesn't come without substantial risk.
Be interesting to know what Stuart's action on it will be as it is obviously a blatant defamation attempt now.
