    Acquiring companies does not necessarily increase the share price for acquirer. They would have to be seriously EPS accretive to justify a nearly 10x return in 9 months! And keep in mind these broking/fx business they are buying are hardly "blue" chip entities. They are third tier/shadow brokers.

    The vendors of these businesses must've been fools to sell for so cheap. Stuart's magic touch and synergies has apparently turned them into money making machines within months
