Just looking at Wayne Arthur Philips LinkedIn profile it does have him listed as Technical Director at Kinross but has no mention of AVB at all. So I guess either it's out of date or he's not actually working at AVB at all?
Maybe he hasn't actually come back and it's all just a big flim flam job?
