Oh lordy.
If you have an issue, ring the company. Question them about it. Get the facts. Tell them you're unhappy. And if you're really unhappy, invest elsewhere. No point in being a martyr with your money.
Don't decide you know better than the professionals involved and can tell them how to do their jobs.
We have no idea about what is happening with the negotiations. We don't know if they've made a handshake deal but are waiting on regulatory requirements before finalising it. We don't know if they haven't even agreed on the final sum. We don't know if they've said they've got too much to do and how about we work it out in August when it's due. We don't know anything about what is happening behind the scenes. So how are we better positioned to determine what action should be taken than those on the ground and with all the facts at hand?
There are companies and issues which really need shareholders to group together and take action. This is most definitely not an issue worthy of that.
