There are a lot of winners from the budget, but is it enough to take Labor over the line again next year?

Much depends on what happens to inflation and interest rates from here I guess, Today's address at the National Press Club will be interesting, as will the Angus Taylor's Budget reply - can the LNP really offer a viable alternative, other than a promise to return to Peter Costello's "Fiscal Guidelines" - if they are so good, why start now ?
