With a top tax rate at nearly 50% tax rates are already far too high.
Pushing the brackets a bit isn't really a tax cut anyway, it's just a reduction in bracket creep
What do you consider to be a fair top rate of income tax? I'll assume somewhere a long way north of where it currently is
