    I BOUGHT on FOCUS MANAGEMENT,their tenements are much like any NEW Toyota Corolla on a car lot.You get a colour/mineral choice - Woopedy Do.I'm no goldie by the way.

    Put Mika Hakkinen in the driver seat and then get Toyota's best test drivers to compete with him.

    The sort with big enough balls to GO TELL Barrick IN CANADA they needed to upgrade their neglected AUSSIE mill,they don't care about and HOW TO DO IT to get another 4% yield.Obviously sacrificed FML milling time to get it installed as well.Got it done within 3 months by the look of it.Sounds like they've told them how to operate it with best practice as well.This just does not happen in a big Multi-National,especially the BIGGEST GOLD MINER IN THE WORLD,unless you HAVE THE PULL and FAR BETTER OPERATIONAL SKILLS than they have at their site and THEY KNOW IT.With more refinement at FML operations coming as we speak to take even more costs out at their own site.

    D.T. is playing/dealing far above the current size that FML would allow him to and with the big boys.Then again that SUPER PIT started by taking the top off a large area of low grade material and thinking SUPER PIT SCALE from the start.

    I couldn't be more excited,being WELL AHEAD of where i thought they would get both sites in the time taken.
    An outsider looking in I can only see the obvious options for the future,not the others FML have presented to it.
    However as a result with many,less happy with the cash in the bank and the DELAY in ounces.
    A quarter to CONSOLIDATE EXISTING operations and CAP EXPENSES as the scythe goes through for a second cut at costs in a stabilized operation.
    Finally getting to the ORE the plant was supposedly designed for - Dreadnought and Greenfields blend.
    DEC QTR to MOVE ON and UP as those economies cement themselves and opportunities foreshadowed ARE PERSUED with that cash.Two stable cash generating operation,leaves plenty of room for an easy MOVE TO THREE.

    Anyone who's owned Investment property SUCCESSFULLY(most owners haven't),knows what happens next and the growing pace/scale to come.
