What I see (and I know volume isn't a good indicator) is a stand off.

513,000 in the bid queue at 0.395.

513,000 would wipe the lines to 0.430.

There's only token amounts available to 0.420 as well.

Hopefully the upcoming quarterly will prompt those to pay up rather than wait for the sub 40c sellers to trickle into their trap.
