.... though WWI have held the project for years and been producing form it ... and now maybe having satisfied what's required, WWI may see this Mining Right and 'that changes the color of the horse' ....
... again I consider the sovereign risk thing maybe way over-blown, meaning what do people think our local partner is doing, if this mine does not produce, no one makes money.
.... nothing have seen from the South African government has been unreasonable and mining is a huge industry within South Africa, they would probably know better than anyone if WWI can possibly make a profit from the mine.
... from the limited information I have seen on the mine from WWI, after some de-watering / shaft maintenance, they maybe well on their way to accessing ore ... production via close toll arrangements ... so no plant costs.
