There was some news about Refusal of EIA on the 6th of July...

There was some news about Refusal of EIA on the 6th of July which could of spooked some people out if not read carefully. I looked into it and it looks like WWI submitted multiple EIA / EMP for what I'm assuming is also the M&S Project or is that part of the Witwatersrand Basin Project. Not too sure.

The refusal was not appealed from WWI:
"This is a refused EA. West Wits will not be appealing this decision as they are no longer mining at the Creswell Park Pit due to the proximity of residential premises."

The thing is, cant find anything about this Creswell Park Pit, I'm assuming its close to M&S by looking on the map. According to the EIA for (what i am assuming is) the Witwatersrand Basin Project:
"This report does not deal with the existing Solplaatjie mining operation or the two separate mining permit application processes for Creswell Park and Kimberley West as these do not form part of the EIA."

Can anyone enlighten me into what projects EIA was refused.
