I would say that would have been when the DMR requested the removal of 2 open pits that were too close to urban areas last year They had to resubmit with a revised plan. If you look on SLR and check out the refusal document on October 2019 it states On 23 June 2020 DMR issued an Environmental Authorisation (EA) for the project.
So in theory we may be even closer to the 20 day public appeal ending as we received the ann on the 25th.
