Yep, many countries that mining has prevailed are corrupt. A few members on the team have many years experience dealing in the SA climate. Also have Hulme Scholes to guide through SA mining legal system. His clients include Sibanye and South32. I recon he has a good idea on what needs doing, having advised SA governments on mining charters and all.
