So the current lawsuit is about damage that will occur with Phase III drilling at the proposed drill holes which are south, north and west of the previous drilling where a resource of 330,000 tonnes @ 1,850 ppm has been established.
In that previous drilling we pretty much turned Big Sandy into Swiss cheese and it had no effect on Cofer hot spring. If previous drilling proved no risk to the spring then surely that initial resource will be considered minable?
