bondijim and Will2rob, IIRC there is a limit by way of percentage that new shares may be issued without shareholder approval, within any twelve month period. Now alot were issued at the last CR. So if it is oversubscribed it may need to wait for an EGM, or be scaled back to be within ASIC guidelines. But who cares really?
