Most SPP's are set so that the investor can choose how much to spend. Often a number of set options eg: 3000, 4500, 6000, 7000 - something like that. Centauris is doing a similar thing at the moment..
As a holder, you choose how much you want and typically get that. There is no difference for those with 100 shares, to those with 10 million shares.
