This is brilliant! I have worked in this sector for 7 years now and couldn’t agree more about the fraud going on and disorganised mess in this line of work. Stoked to see it being called out and companies trying to solve those problems. Big holes in the disability and mental health industry and cover ups galore. The amount of money that those up the top can pocket blows my mind. No wonder companies are being sued and back pay claims are in the millions from companies owed to workers.
