Skell got sucked in thinking he was going to get a quick flip, there is no doubt about that. He makes it very clear in all media he appears in. There is no way he would have imagined himself here in July 24 in this position.
Of course he was going to have to put the meaningless EOI together, with the most ridiculous terms I or any money men I know have ever seen. But really for him to take as long as IDC to do due diligence is such a joke. No 1 shareholder and apparent financial expert with a 4 year association somehow needs the same time as the IDC to do due diligence. What a piss take that is.
I think you know that if the IDC does not give the funding you will see this die. This is the last chance saloon. @Skell said in the first week of February, see you in 6 months. That is now just a month away.
