No its best to pretend the appeal and the consequences of that appeal are not real.
When the appeal was originally granted there were WWI staff and multiple posters saying it would be gone in weeks.
Well it’s still there.
So yes under the terms of the appeal you can start mining again, if it were to be upheld, that mining has to stop immediately. Now tell me again anyone doing their due diligence that would accept that risk.
