If you have the time, this may help to understand that producers and developers are separating (in WA) atm.
You also need to understand that these GP’s have only been above $2100 for 3 mths, so of course investors have been pouring money into producers first and lenders are more conservative. Also Qala project lending will be affirmation of the project.
As an WWI owner, I’ve recalibrated based on the GP rather than the announcement in Jul-23.
