West Witts at 2 g/t is pitifully low in any language, but for an underground operation that has massive water issues and can only mine board and pillar style, it just does not happen.
The only mines in West Africa with those low numbers are open-cut mines that can extract the gold cheaply and with much less risk to operations and people.
Notice the mine at the top? It's the only underground operation on the list.
This is why after 4.5 years post approval, WWI cannot raise money.
