When you say initial finance, why do you conveniently leave out that is only the last 50-60% of the required amount? That neither have yet finished due diligence or approved. That both parties stipulated the money cannot be used up front. And on top of all that you still require at least, more likely more than $40m AUD to get started, that management just weeks ago said would be raised with equity. $40m equity for a company with a market cap of less than $40m!!
