As for the IDC debt usage (first, last or in the middle), all on HC have no idea on the terms of the new syndicate between the SA Com Bank and IDC and their singular/mutual relationship to the the rest of the Fin stack.
Of course there is no legally binding timeline announced but if you don't mind @nikunjsahani I'll align with Rudi.
