    I'm not aligned with anyone. I have a negative leaning neutral stance on this. I agree with you - this asset should be viable and profitable. Don't have issues with location, black ownership, dilution if needed for funding - i purely just don't believe our current management are able to make the dream a reality, and that they were likely always in it for an asset flip.
