Hopefully Jac sells the story nicely. Reading between the lines here there seems no doubts about a positive EA outcome and MR approval from the board. MQ making a point again that the DMR/government have already approved the EA. The appeal would need a huge amount of weight to overrule the DMRs decision now IMO. They have been working with WWI throughout the whole process to ensure a positive outcome for as many stakeholders as possible. When the MR was amended to leave several open pits that was under the guidance of the DMR to mitigate appeals from NGOs coming in at this stage that could hold up the process. Having only 3 come in out of hundreds of interested and affected parties was a very positive sign.
