Also for additional info especially the newcommers, the EA process is not a walk in the park, it entails a lot of back and forth dialogues not just with dmre but all stakeholders including the community, as you need to address all concerns raised.
we actually need to temporarily abandon our 3 open mining pits as they were not approved on the EA. The process took years. So it will take a lot to reverse the grant.
we need to clearly point out above. 1 appeal against a decision that took years to be made.
