After this, as far as We know, appeals panel was not commissioned, as this info was never mentioned by any of the updates or even during the webinar.
so assuming the 20 days we needed to exhaust till last day, we have not 2nd of Sept.
from this date, we count 30 days for the recommendation from the appeals admin to the authority to happen
then another 20 days for the appeals authority to decide. total 50 days
this will bring us to 22nd of October, the decision should have come out.
