In total we have 120 days post notification of grant of EA last 24th of June. The EA grant was given 23rd of June.

Since we have confirmed from MQ that no appeal panel was commissioned then we stick to the 120days. 90 days pre covid plus the 30 days covid extension.

So counting the calendar days, we sit at 22nd of October as the last day. This was confirmed with MQ stating the appeals decision has gone over the normal timeline with the lockdown being given as an excuse by the department.

The first 50 days was followed to the dot, appeal stage. After this we don't know exactly where it got delayed. 100% the delay is from the government. As we have put in the response to the appeal within the time limit of 20 days post appeal submission.
