Because the last official update regarding the MR was in their announcement dated 17Nov20, page 4 of the presentation which clearly states:

LICENSING:

➢ WBP Mining Right application expected to be granted in Dec-20.

Its now the 25Nov20 and ever since the 17Nov20 people have been saying a couple of days thats what Jac said well that's 8 days ago, so lets all stick to the official script and I would suggest, that once we are a couple of days away from the 15Dec20, then we can start asking questions again about the MR.
