No first I heard about it was NG text me when I was out last night I read the email and tried to think it through.
It’s symptomatic how they work in SA unfortunately.
I think when the review officer said “just received the comments” you can’t take that literally as in just then or just today because most likely it means just that week! So that’s one thing.
The second part “requesting the project file” is for what reason?
Are they checking up on the DMR’s work? Or do they need a copy to put it together with and to back their own decision against the appeals? Conversely why would you request it if your decision was to uphold the appeal as the appellant has already put their case forward?

I’ll give it another week before I call my dealer,,, (not broker), as I said last week it just means the review officer requested the DMR to clarify some points and he/she will make their decision soon, nothing they have ever done has been in the designated time frame and these guys in this department were supposed to be the most efficient, and they probably believe they are!
