Yes, definitely true.
For me it has always been risk vs reward. Even if for some strange reason the appeal is upheld, it will at most result in the removal of the open mining pits from the mining right. We've seen previously that the open pit mining and rehabilitation wasn't that profitable, however it was beneficial to the landholders and people. I would like the open pits to be included in the mining right. It would allow us a further chance to prove that we are focused on long term sustainability and operating in the best interests of the SA people.
